OUR PROCESS

These areas must meet specific demographic criteria to ensure retailer profitability. After our research is completed and the criteria is met, we move on to identifying the prime locations in which we can build.Once these properties are identified, we will negotiate the sale with the owner.

Meanwhile, Chazco is working with brokers like you, giving you the information you need to show national and regional junior anchors, small box retailers, and out lot tenants (fast food, banks, etc.)
how they can profit by having a presence in a particular location.

Once the property is purchased, we obtain all the necessary permits, clear our plans with local officials, and build. While
